The Role

The Head of FDA Finance leads the Finance organization supporting Fidelity Digital Assets, a multi-entity, multijurisdictional digital asset business operating within a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. As a key member of the FDA leadership team, this role is accountable for all aspects of financial management across FDAs business.

The Head of FDA Finance has responsibility for Business Finance and FP&A, Treasury and Capital, Regulatory Finance and Controls, Data, Reporting and Strategic Insights. This role partners closely with FDA senior leaders, Enterprise Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Accounting to ensure strong financial stewardship, regulatory readiness, scalable operating models, and datadriven decision support as the business grows.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 20 plus years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated businesses.

  • Deep expertise in FP&A, regulatory finance, capital and liquidity management.

  • Experience in digital assets, capital markets, or financial services.

  • Experience working directly with external regulators, auditors, and boards preferred.

  • Strong relationshipbuilding and influencing skills across senior leadership and regulators.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

  • Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills.

  • Balance of analytical rigor and sound judgment.

  • Proven experience leading highperforming finance teams.

  • Regulatory confidence and financial transparency in a complex digital asset environment.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$264,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
