Senior Representative, Brokerage Operations
The Role

In the OSG Money Movement role, you will use your skills to review requests to determine eligibility, risk, and other requirements needed to process transactions for our clients.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2- 3 years of brokerage operations or financial services experience preferred
- Experience in transaction processing roles or related financial process preferred
- Your creative and innovation skills come forward when trying to solve problems
- You are flexible and can thrive in situations that allow for you to work both individually and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Fidelity applications preferred (FBSI, Xtrac, MyWorkspace)
- Effective verbal and writing communication skills
The Team
As an Associate on the Distributions team you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of money/asset movement requests for client accounts. We support the various market segments which are part of the Fidelity brokerage platform. When a client needs to move cash or securities from their account, for a variety of reasons, you will be the associate handling these requests within back office. You will have opportunities to build working relationships with internal business partners that assist in the re-registration or money movement processes.
The base salary range for this position is $44,000-80,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
