The Role
As the Product Strategy Manager you will play a crucial role in the Workday Platform, you will help drive and partner on the strategy, roadmap, and continuous evolution of Workday Recruiting that support Fidelitys talent acquisition. You will proactively identify user challenges, understand business needs/processes, and translate them into Workday solutions that deliver measurable and meaningful outcomes across the organization.
You will guide prioritization, lead iterative delivery, and ensure Workday enhancements align to customer value and enterprise goals. Success in this role requires a high degree of adaptability and flexibility, as Workday releases, business priorities, and organizational needs frequently evolve. In addition, you will own feature launches and platformwide improvements for the TA function. You will play a critical role in ensuring Fidelity teams can embrace change and adopt new features effectively through well thought out enablement plans.
The Expertise and Skills you Bring
Proven ability to proactively identify customer challenges and opportunities for Workday enhancements.
Strength in brainstorming creative solutions and sharing options for challenges surfaced by TA with a collaborative approach.
Flexibility and comfort adjusting priorities quickly as business needs or platform capabilities change.
Proactively manage and guide Workday backlog prioritization and help influence sprint planning with clarity.
Experience driving iterative delivery rooted in feedback and customer learning.
Proven track record leading and partnering on platform rollouts, enhancements, and adoption efforts.
Resilience in navigating ambiguity while maintaining progress and clarity.
Develop strong partnerships with internal partners such as: Technology, TA and different governance teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels with a can-do attitude.

The Team
You will be part of the TA Tools, Process, and Enablement team a highimpact group responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing the tools and processes that support Talent Acquisition at Fidelity. The team ensures TA has the capabilities, platforms, and insights needed to operate efficiently and deliver an excellent experience to candidates, recruiters, and business partners.
