About your team
Institutional Business Division consists from sales teams, Consultant Relations (CR) ,RFP and Institutional Client Service (ISJ). These teams closely work together in order to retain existing business and develop new opportunities in Japan institutional market.
We offer a full range of institutional investment strategies and solutions, including our own products and those of the other parts of the Fidelity business (Fidelity Management and Research (FMR) / FIAM / Geode)
About your role
Conduct sales activities for Sub-advisory/Wrap prospects to achieve Sub-advisory/Wrap team sales target.
Engage with consultants to strengthen relation with consultants.
Maintains and strengthens existing Sub-advisory/Wrap client satisfaction through quarterly review meeting,timely responses to inquiries, contacts to provide information and new product proposals
As member of Sub-advisory Sales team and Japan institutional business Division, contributes to the team by collaborating with other members to achieve organizational goals.
Support to create client specific RFPs in some cases for Japan business
Maintain contacts and meeting notes in Fidelitys CRM system (Salesforce)
About you
Working experience in institutional team of Japan Asset Managers/Trust Banks/Life Insurers is preferred
Working in English environment
Strong interpersonal / communication skill (written and oral)
Strong ability to build internal and external network
Understanding of Investments
Focus on delivering excellent customer service
Team player (act as team, respect others)
Adaptable to work under pressure in changing environment
Willing to be flexible
