About your team

The Chief People Office (CPO) department supports the business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organisation, and the effective communication strategy for all our business and regions. It involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management and corporate affairs which includes a number of areas of expertise working together collaboratively - talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and organisation development, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Corporate Communications and Brand.

About your role

Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner for Germany, you will provide the full range of HR Advisory and Business Partner support to teams within the Germany business (approximately 450 employees across five legal entities) including:

  • Manage and maintain Germany-specific HR documentation in line with local legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner to run cylical HR activities for Enterprise such as talent reviews, the annual compensation review cycle and salary benchmarking exercise, and the promotions cycle.
  • Act as the key point of contact for staff and line managers, to proactively deal with enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Create data packs and supporting materials to consolidate key people information and provide analysis.
  • Assist with employee relations issues through to resolution, engaging with managers to promptly address issues in a timely manner and contribute to the HR components of change management and restructuring initiatives
  • Work with the HRBP to embed key Employee Experience Programmes, i.e.Our employee value proposition, support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda and assist in the preparation, communication and updates to management teams for the annual Feel Heard survey and track outputs and activities
