Director, Human Resources

The Role

As Director, Human Resources, youll be leading, influencing, and executing forward-thinking HR strategies that enable the Workplace Investing Client Engagement Group (Sales, Relationship Management, Workplace Insights, and Workplace Consulting) to exceed prospect/client expectations.

By partnering closely with leaders, youll shape talent strategies, enhance the associate experience, and align people initiatives with critical business prioritiesmaking a direct and visible impact. Bring your expertise in building and coaching high-performing teams while driving engagement and innovation across a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Were looking for deep experience partnering with business leaders to drive meaningful outcomes through people strategies, with a strong track record of leading end-to-end talent practices. The ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environmentscollaborate with senior executives, influence key decisions, and deliver thoughtful, practical solutions. Were also looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead and support organizational change and to shape workforce strategies that enable growth and adaptability.

The Skills and Expertise You Bring

Approaching challenges with strong analytical thinkinginterpreting workforce data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive results, is key. Also, having the confidence to take initiative and work with a high degree of autonomy, balance accountability with sound judgment, even when faced with uncertainty will be essential to success in this role. Critical will be your ability to build trusted relationships, coach leaders, and provide tailored support that reflects a deep understanding of associate and business needs.

If you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, bring strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, coordinate and execute initiatives with an end-to-end mindset while engaging stakeholders thoughtfully through change, and have the ability to think holistically about how work is designed and delivered, this role is for you.

  • Bachelors or equivalent with 10 plus years of experience
  • Proven ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, having comfort with ambiguity
  • Analytical approach with strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to 'tell the story' and communicate complex information to influence executive decision making
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for helping an organization achieve greatness through its associates and leaders
  • Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to business decisions and quality analytics
  • Demonstrated independence, autonomy, resourcefulness, and accountability when executing your work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building collaborative and consultative relationships with peers and leaders/managers
  • Confidence to provide HR consultation and mentorship to guide and advise leaders/managers in initiatives
  • Ability to think strategically and pragmatically to execute and deliver the human capital strategy
  • Good judgment, strong business intuition, and understanding of how people and talent strategies can drive business results
  • Strong project manager with ability to think end-to-end and integrate priorities and services to ensure high quality delivery
  • Experience working in an agile organization and/or are familiar with agile principles
  • Strong business insight / intuition for business
