Within FIL Platforms, CEP sits at the intersection of client need, business strategy, technology and AI. It shapes how clients, consumers and intermediaries experience Fidelity across digital journeys, assisted interactions and communications, bringing together design, data, orchestration, workflow and channel capability to turn complexity into experiences that feel simpler, more connected and easier to trust. About your role

As Head of Insights, Experimentation and Data Practice, you will lead the practice that helps CEP and the wider organisation make better decisions from evidence.

The role exists to help Fidelity understand how clients experience our journeys, channels and communications, what is working, what is not, and where action will create the greatest value.

You will move the organisation from fragmented reporting and local analysis towards a more joined-up, evidence-led model. That means creating trusted measurement, stronger insight, meaningful experimentation and clearer feedback loops, so teams can make better trade-offs and improve outcomes with greater confidence.

You will own and steward the Client Interaction Data Domain, ensuring client interaction data is clearly defined, governed and used consistently. This will create a reliable foundation for insight, experimentation, decisioning and performance improvement across the platform.

You will also own the supporting measurement ecosystem, including enterprise tag management and the controls needed to ensure experience measurement technology is secure, compliant and trusted. This matters because better evidence depends not only on analysis, but on reliable data capture, appropriate governance and confidence in the technology that underpins measurement.

You will lead teams across analytics, insight, experimentation and client feedback, setting the standards, methods and governance that allow these disciplines to operate as one coherent practice. Your focus will be on turning evidence into action, helping teams learn more systematically from data and feedback, and ensuring insight leads to measurable improvement across journeys, channels and client outcomes.

You will also shape how Fidelity uses advanced analytics and AI-enabled measurement in this space, ensuring new capability is applied responsibly, practically and in ways that create real business value.


About you

You have significant experience leading client data, analytics, insight, experimentation or measurement capability in a complex organisation.

You have strong data governance and stewardship experience, including the ability to define standards, improve data quality and ensure data is used consistently and responsibly.

You have practical experience with digital or experience measurement ecosystems, including enterprise tag management, measurement technology, data capture, controls and compliance.

You can connect data, measurement, experimentation and client feedback into a coherent evidence model that supports better business decisions.

You are experienced in leading specialist teams, setting clear priorities and building capability across analytics, insight, experimentation or related disciplines.

You can influence and work effectively across a complex matrix, including Distribution, other platforms, technology, data, risk and control partners, using evidence to align stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs and action.

You understand how advanced analytics and AI-enabled measurement can be used responsibly to improve insight, decision-making and business outcomes.
