About Paulsboro
Paulsboro is located in Southern NJ and is within a 30 minute drive from Philadelphia. The Paulsboro Lubricants Plant manufactures, packages, warehouses, and distributes commercial, marine, and industrial lubricants. The plant operates 24/5 and is typically shut down during the weekend.
What role you will play in our team
The Warehouse/Package Operator role requires loading and unloading of package trailers in fast-paced environment. Skilled in inventory control, safety compliance, and meeting productivity goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service, Strong team player committed to operational excellence and workplace safety.
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move packages safely
- Basic computer and device knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Experience with shift work
- Experience in manufacturing industry (warehouse/package.)
- Prior Forklift experience (electic or propane)

Pre-Employment Testing Guidance
This Warehouse position requires pre-employment testing. After applying you will receive a pop up giving you access to the assessment. You may take the assessment at that time or utilize the instructions below to access the assessment at a time convenient for you. Note that the assessment must be completed by the deadline in order for you to be considered for the O&M position for which you have applied.
IMPORTANT
The test has been revised. Effective December 1, 2021 ALL candidates must complete the revised assessment. Even if you have tested within the last 365 days (passed or failed), if you tested before December 1, 2021, you must complete the revised assessment to be considered for this opportunity. Failure to complete the assessment by the deadline will result in your disqualification from consideration for this position. The assessment is the same for all Warehouse requisitions. If you have completed the assessment after December 1, 2021, your assessment results will be mapped to this requisition when you try to access the test. Test passed candidates will be screened by the hiring team and a subset invited for interview. Note that a satisfactory result on the assessment does not guarantee an interview.
