About You

What You Will Do

As an early career hire, you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building technical and leadership capabilities through a variety of developmental assignments in your first several years. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all careers. Development is personalized and shaped by your interests, strengths, and progressionwithin the context of business needs and available opportunities across the company.

Depending on your interests, capabilities, and business needs, these experiences may provide exposure to areas such as:

Work Locations

As an early career hire, you'll be placed at one of our sites across the China. Through the ECF program, you may complete multiple assignments at a single location or across multiple locations to broaden your experience and support your growth.
