What you will do

 

An Operations Integrity Associate provides support to facilities and / or projects, focusing on personnel safety, process safety, risk management, OIMS, and / or emergency preparedness and response. Associates interface with internal customers, partners, and external entities to align with business needs. They make well-thought-out decisions with modest impact, work on less complex tasks typically with close supervision, and follow clear procedures to address routine challenges.  The role is structured to build a professional foundation and promote competency development while contributing to business results

 

What role you will play on our team

 

  • Advise on basic Operations Integrity requirements and collaborate to implement cost-effective solutions
  • Execute safety and risk practices and programs, providing training and driving improved results
  • Share incident learnings within the project, site, or function
  • Identify non-conformances with key safety and risk practices and systems and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor for compliance with safety and risk standards and support advocacy on safety and risk issues / programs with governmental and non-governmental institutions

 

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health 
  • A minumum of 8 years' industry experience in Oil and Gas or Manufacturing as a Safety Coordinator
  • Willingness to be on call 24/7/365

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

 

  • Experience with refining/chemicals
  • Construction Safety Leadership experience
  • Turnaround /Outage safety experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of safety program
