What role you will play in our team:
The Digital Experience Engineer is responsible for driving the organizations Digital Employee Experience strategy through data-driven insights, observability, and automation. This role leverages Nexthink and related technologies to proactively monitor, measure, and improve the digital experience of employees across endpoint devices and workplace services.
The position focuses on analyzing experience data, identifying improvement opportunities, developing automated remediation solutions, and enabling self-service capabilities that reduce user friction and improve productivity. By combining analytics, automation, and endpoint expertise, the Digital Experience Engineer helps create a more reliable, efficient, and user-centric digital workplace.
In this role, you will collaborate with infrastructure, endpoint management, service desk, application support, and business teams to transform telemetry into actionable insights, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance employee satisfaction through continuous experience optimization.

What you will do:
Own and continuously improve the Digital Employee Experience platform and its associated capabilities
Manage Nexthink platform configuration, governance, feature adoption, and lifecycle management
Design, develop, and deploy Nexthink use cases focused on observability, automation, compliance, endpoint health, and user experience improvements
Analyze Digital Experience metrics and identify opportunities to improve employee productivity and satisfaction
Monitor DEX Score trends and investigate drivers impacting employee experience
Build and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions, campaigns, workflows, and self-healing automations
Develop automated remediation solutions using PowerShell and Nexthink Flow
Create dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards to provide visibility into user experience and endpoint performance
Monitor frustrated user trends and proactively identify recurring issues affecting the digital workplace
Collaborate with End User Computing, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support teams to prioritize and resolve experience-impacting issues
Translate telemetry data into actionable recommendations and operational improvements
Support enterprise initiatives by providing technical expertise, monitoring capabilities, and user experience insights
Promote digital experience best practices and drive adoption of DEX capabilities across IT organizations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on employee productivity, automation, and workplace modernization
Support integration of Nexthink with enterprise platforms, workflows, and operational processes
About You:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in Digital Experience, Endpoint Engineering, EUC, Workplace Engineering, IT Operations, Observability, or related roles
Hands-on experience administering and supporting Nexthink in enterprise environments
Experience developing Nexthink Remote Actions, campaigns, and automation workflows
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, diagnostics, and endpoint remediation
Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for operational and leadership audiences
Understanding of Nexthink Data Model, DEX concepts, and employee experience measurement methodologies
Experience troubleshooting Windows endpoint performance, reliability, and user experience issues
Ability to analyze telemetry, identify trends, and determine root causes of endpoint-related problems
Familiarity with observability and monitoring practices
Understanding of endpoint lifecycle, device health, compliance, and performance management
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating across multiple technical and business teams
Good communication and documentation skills
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
