Job Role Description

ExxonMobil is seeking a results-driven Marketing Programs & Strategy Advisor to support the development, execution, and optimization of strategic marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into actionable plans, driving program execution, and delivering data-driven insights that improve portfolio performance and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will collaborate across functions, manage key partnerships, and ensure consistent delivery of integrated marketing programs aligned with channel and portfolio priorities.

What You Will Do

 

Strategy Development & Planning

  • Support the translation of strategic marketing objectives into actionable plans, including deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Assist in the development and implementation of targeted marketing offers aligned with portfolio and channel priorities
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business and growth strategies

Execution & Program Delivery

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing plan activities with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Manage working relationships with external vendors, agencies, and channel partners
  • Support the development and deployment of tools, processes, and methodologies to improve program effectiveness and profitability

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, analytics, digital) to execute integrated marketing initiatives
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of marketing programs
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and results to key stakeholders

Insights, Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Leverage customer feedback and insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to optimize program efficiency and ROI

About You

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 35 years of relevant experience in marketing, program management, analytics, or commercial operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a structured environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with marketing or analytics platforms is a plus
