What role you will play in our team
As a Back Office Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting cash management and trading operations across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions by verifying and confirming FX and investment trades with brokers and banking partners.
In this role, you will maintain and enhance credit facility databases, contribute insightful analysis for special projects and management requests, and support key financial processes such as Treasury Share Buyback reporting and reconciliation.
You will also be responsible for validating bond and Inhouse banking (IHB) interest rates, as well as coordinating long-term debt activities and dividend payments. Your work will directly contribute to efficient financial operations, strong internal controls, and informed decision-making across the organization.
What you will do
- Maintain and update credit facility databases, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Deliver analytical insights for special projects and respond to management requests.
- Oversee Treasury Share Buyback reporting and perform detailed reconciliations.
- Validate bond and Inhouse Banking (IHB) interest rates.
- Coordinate long-term debt activities and dividend payments to support ongoing financial operations.
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Treasury or related areas (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking).
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
