Key responsibilities
- Support the Head of Sales in running the day-to-day revenue operations
- Partner with leadership across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management to drive process improvements, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making within their respective functions
- Enhance team productivity by simplifying workflows, optimizing processes, and enabling smarter ways of working
- Track & analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, deal probabilities, win/loss rates, & tracking against KPIs/targets to provide insights and recommendations for the business
- Generate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and deliver measurable sales impact.
- Work with the Head of Sales to develop and implement scalable sales strategies, frameworks, and playbooks that drive consistent revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness
- Act as a strong liaison to our CRM team and make recommendations for improvements
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Product, and Operations, translating client needs and market feedback into actionable product and process improvements
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., Pension Funds) by conducting research and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure our outreach strategies are aligned with market needs and deliver maximum impact.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on product updates, feature rollouts, and industry trends to ensure that you are always providing the most current and relevant information to clients.
Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required
- 3 - 5 years experience working with Sales teams / Sales Enablement / Sales Operations
- Experience working with HubSpot
- Experience in Revenue Operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimising processes & managing dashboards
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, & distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
- Highly analytical thinker, experienced in and comfortable with setting up and interpreting vast data sets
- Very detail-oriented, accountable and possesses a high degree ownership
- Proven experience handling multiple projects in the field of revenue operations at the same time
- Proactive and strategic mindset
- Strong and proven interest for innovation and technology.
- Fluency in English, Dutch is a big plus
