Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an M&A Analyst intern to join the M&A team. The position will be based in Paris, and start 4 January 2027. You will report to the Head of M&A.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive company and industry-level research
  • Monitoring sectors and screening for potential acquisition targets
  • Preparing investment memos and presentations for senior management, the Board and strategic committees
  • Developing, maintaining and updating financial models
  • Performing valuation analyses using methodologies (DCF, comparable companies and precedent transactions) to assess potential acquisition opportunities
  • Supporting the organisation and coordination of due diligence processes and post-closing integration activities

Your profile:

  • Final- or penultimate-year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials
  • Prior successful internship experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in M&A, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language would be a plus
