Within the COO scope, the AI Team identifies, prioritizes and delivers innovative AI solutions that drive business value across the organization -- from conversational agents to document intelligence, from browsing automation to agentic orchestration.


About the AI Trainee Program

This is a 12-month development program offering hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of enterprise AI operations. You will join a structured program that includes:

  • 1-week centralized onboarding on enterprise AI tools, platforms, governance, responsible AI
  • Practical experience supporting real AI use cases, from platform onboarding and deployment readiness through production monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Two international trips to other Euronext locations (e.g. Paris, Milan, Athens) for cross-team collaboration on real business projects
  • Buddy assignment and continuous mentoring from senior AI developers, MLOps engineers, and data professionals
  • Training in cutting-edge AI and platform technologies, with regular opportunities to test and work with new tools, frameworks, and services as they emerge
  • Meal allowance, business travel opportunities, and 24 company holidays per year


What You Will Work On

You will help operate and improve the shared AI platform that enables Euronext teams to build, deploy, and run Generative AI solutions. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the operation and continuous improvement of shared AI services
  • Contributing to infrastructure management and automation using infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • Contributing to observability, monitoring, and evaluation across AI projects
  • Contributing to operational documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing for development teams


What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, completed or in the final year, in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and how technology can solve business problems
  • Interest in cloud platforms, platform engineering, and the reliable operation of AI services
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to learn, ask questions, and investigate issues
  • Practical experience using Python through coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional work
  • Practical experience using Git through coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional work
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken


Exposure to cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, APIs, CI/CD, containers, or infrastructure as code is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational problems and is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-moving technical environment. Training and mentoring will be provided throughout the program.
