Full Job Description

Within the PMCS department, the mission of the Equity admission team (located in Oslo, Amsterdam, Dublin and Paris) is to handle admission processes (IPOs, Direct listings, Private placements, etc.) in all Euronext markets (in collaboration with the rest of the team). In addition, we also have the mission of improving the admission process on Euronext markets and harmonise market rules. Finally, we also support Sales and educate internal and external stakeholders (eg. Legal advisors, banks, etc.) on the Euronext rules, existing regulations and technical possibilities.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Prepare and attend kick-off meetings with the management of companies considering an admission on Euronext markets (C-level)

  • Assess companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on an Euronext market and execute the transaction under the supervision of the Equity admission managers (legal and compliance due diligence, analysis of the financial situation, analysis of the business model, identification of risks/mitigation, analysis of the transaction structure, validation of the post-trade aspects, etc.)

  • It also includes project management, preparation of presentations and regular reports to the Management.

The intern will be under the supervision of the Head of Equity Admission and will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Equity admission team.
