What to do:

• Daily operational monitoring and analysis of security and operations events from solution monitoring dashboard on business day shift basis.
• Perform IT and Security operations and incident management which includes monitoring, triaging and analysis of events from securities settlement systems and their timely escalation.
• Follow-up on remediation activities and outstanding operation ticket, including development and maintenance of relevant documentation for continuous improvements of Erste Digital operations.
• Support development of bug fixes in low-code platform; ideal for junior developer.

You check these boxes:

• Status of University student in Slovakia, availability to work 20 hours per week.
• Knowledge on ITIL or ITSM is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Databases, ideally cloud.
• Theoretical or practical experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, MS SQL, Cloud.
• Collaborative, self-discipline, and team focus.
• Passion for teamwork and continuous learning.
• Fluent English, German is an advantage.
