Senior UiPath Developer

As Risk Assurance Member, youll contribute technically to Risk Assurance client engagements and internal projects. Similarly, youll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team. In line with EY commitment to quality, youll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As a member of the team, youll help to create a positive learning culture and assist fellow team members while delivering an assignment.

Skills and Summary of Accountabilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Risk and Compliance. 
    • Design IT Risk Controls framework such as IT SOX.
    • Testing of internal controls such as IT general controls, IT application controls, IPE related controls, interface controls etc.
    • Exposure working in client facing roles, collaborate with cross functional teams including internal audits, IT security and business stakeholders to assess control effectiveness and facilitate remediation activities.
  • Lead end-to-end automation development using UiPath modern design and ReFramework.
  • Familiarity with Long Running Workflow
  • Have detailed knowledge over HITL concepts
  • Analyze complex business requirements and design robust automation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation performance and handle exceptions effectively.
  • Manage Orchestrator components and oversee deployment processes across environments.
  • Collaborate closely with business SMEs, internal teams, and clients to clarify requirements and provide project updates.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to delivery standards.
  • Support production environments and manage enhancements with agility.

 

Required Skills:

  • At least 3+ years of Development experience in RPA tools(UI Path). Expert knowledge of UiPath ReFramework, selectors, modern UI automation, and queue-based processing.
  • Advanced skills in Excel automation, API calls, and Invoke Code.
  • Deep understanding of error handling, logging, retry logic, and configuration management.
  • Strong ability to articulate design decisions and code walkthroughs.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and independent work management.
  • Excellent documentation and delivery standards compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Document Understanding, IXP, Action Center, AI Center, UiPath Apps and integration with external systems.
  • Experience with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) in automation contexts.

 

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant certifications are considered a plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML is a plus.
  • Provide high quality client services by directing daily progress of engagement work, informing engagement manager of engagement status, and managing staff performance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and use strong writing and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, and ideas to others.
