We're expanding our product ownership capability to accelerate Talent transformation and support our journey to becoming a skills-based organisation.

 

As our Global Skills & Talent Intelligence Product Owner, you'll shape how employees discover opportunities, build skills, and develop their careers. Working at the intersection of Talent, technology, data, and AI, you'll define product strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver solutions that create exceptional employee experiences and measurable business value.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products.
  • Partner with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities, investments, and outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that enhance workforce insights and employee experiences.
  • Translate business and user needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Use data, feedback, and market insights to continuously improve product performance and value.
  • Lead prioritisation, governance, and investment decisions across a global stakeholder community.
  • Deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence, and strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Support successful deployment, adoption, and value realisation of Talent technology solutions.

 

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Proven product ownership experience, balancing strategic vision with execution.
  • Strong understanding of Talent technology and the role of skills data in workforce transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to leverage AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve Talent outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and user-focused decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, build alignment, and deliver results through peers in a global environment.

 

Ideally, You'll Also

  • Bring expertise in platforms that enable skills-based organisations.
  • Have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) and Career & Talent Development (CTD).
  • Possess knowledge of ProFinda or similar talent marketplace and skills intelligence platforms.
