Key Responsibilities


   Carrying out analysis of the internal and external strategic environment to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and developing recommendations for this. 
    Follow up and collect the information necessary to build the strategic plan and develop its initiatives and activities. 
   Contributing to providing the necessary support in preparing the requirements for annual operational plans and developing them according to the framework of the strategic plan and linking them with various other work systems. 
   Communicate with all department employees and make them aware of strategic planning processes through implementing the necessary workshops and programs for this. 
   Contribute to implementing strategy management processes in a systematic manner (planning, organizing, implementing, and following up) and submitting reports on this to the head of the department. 
   Follow up on the commitment of the organizational units in the entity to the implementation and follow-up processes of the strategic plan and prepare performance reports related to this to indicate the rates of achievement and its obstacles and        inform the head of the department of the results. 
    Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager. 

 

Qualifications & Experience


    7-12 years of relevant experience in public administration or its equivalent in a similar field 
    Professional Certification in BSC, Performance Indicators 
   Familiarity with all policies, procedures and regulations related to the field of work. 
   The ability to prepare data and extract statistics. 
   The skill of organizing and planning daily work 
   The ability to work under pressure and face difficulties and problems. 
   Computer skills and its applications 
   Communication and communication skills 

 
Language Requirements 


   Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
   Strong proficiency in English
