Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Taxation, or a related field
  • Advanced degrees such as MBA, Masters, LLM, or professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or equivalent are advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge of high net worth individuals market: needs, network, way of communication, etc
  • Great understanding of personal taxation, internation and corporate taxation, legal considerations
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience with private clients, preferably within professional services firm,
  • Ability to understand clients issues and provide value and complex solutions attracting several service lines and geographies
  • Strong leadership, client centricity, communication skills, organizational, project management.
  • Preferably vast business acumen of professional services and family office businesses
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist partners in generating new business opportunities, building long-lasting client networks, and growing the client base in the region through marketing and business development initiatives
  • Delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality client service
  • Manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, and drive performance-improvement solutions
  • Collaborate with other service lines, geographies, and diverse work groups to build advisory services, related opportunities, and long-term relationships
  • Create, lead, retain and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture, and coaching team members to aid their development
  • Manage efficiently engagement economics
