The opportunity

 

This role offers you the chance to become a key part of our dynamic, virtual Global Learning Deployment team, working from 20+ locations worldwide. Youll bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to our work across EY.

As a Senior Learning Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bringing learning content to life for EY professionals, helping them continuously learn and develop, and contributing to EYs purpose of building a better working world.

 

Role type: Fixed term (1.5 years), full time, flexible working times

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

• Manage end-to-end deployment of EY-Parthenon global learning courses across delivery channels and platforms, including participants, facilitators, pre- and post-work, and communications.
• Manage venues, vendors, end-to-end logistics, course materials, branding and collateral.
• Set up program SharePoint sites, registration pages and mobile apps.
• Support global deployment projects, eLearning launches and assignments across EY.
• Support EY-Parthenon Learning Deployment leadership in delivering priorities.

• Report on course and curriculum consumption, costs and satisfaction, and recommend improvements.
• Guide EY Regions on deployment and coordinate learning administration with support teams.
• Support and develop junior Learning Deployment Specialists in the Virtual Talent Hub.
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation and digitalization, supporting best-in-class deployment standards.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

• Strong project management skills.
• Strong knowledge and application of MS Excel.
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of learning deployment and administration processes an advantage.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors an advantage.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

• Demonstrable experience of one or more of the following areas: Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Human Resources, Events Management.

• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way.
