Your key responsibilities

Our third-party reporting team is acknowledged as market experts, providing a comprehensive suite of assurance services to our clients. We focus on ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory standards, improving operational efficiency, and fostering stakeholder confidence. The team offers a diverse array of services, including ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402, separate reports, internal controls, and compliance testing. 

As a Senior within our Third-Party Reporting team:

  • You will be actively supervising a portfolio of clients for the issuance of SOC reports prepared under ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 reports for our assets servicing clients (central administration, custodian, transfer agent and asset managers).  
  • You will be in charge of the issuance of the separate reports for (Alternative) Investment Fund Managers and Undertakings for Collective Investments.
  • You identify internal control gaps and deficiencies as well as improvement opportunities by assisting in the development of recommendations.
  • You develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff.
  • You use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. 
  • You play a substantive role in engagement planning and economics
  • You participate in proposal development efforts

You are curious and display sharp analysis skills. You demonstrate effective written, communication and presentation skills. You are highly organized and show well established organization and prioritization skills. You are proactive and team player.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Masters degree with specialization in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 2 year of experience in third party assurance (ISAE 3000/ISAE 3402/AUP,) or as Internal/External Auditor in the assets servicing industry, wealth and assets management or private equity (big four experience is preferred)
  • Fluency in English. Any additional language(s) such as French or German is highly appreciated.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and a team-player mindset.
  • Organization, flexibility, and ability to manage several files with solid analytical skills.
