The opportunity
We are looking for you analytical, determined, outgoing to join our Workforce Advisory team!
Your key responsibilities
You will be involved in delivering consulting projects (mostly in performance, reward and talent management, organizational design and integration, change management and communication) to our clients.
In practical terms, you will:
- collect and analyze project specific data from clients, and prepare outputs and deliverables
- be involved in client interactions, be them data collection or presentations of project outcomes
- draft reports and presentations
Skills and attributes for success
- You have at least 3 years of experience in working in dynamic HR environments; big plus if you have worked in HR consulting / professional advisory services
- You can show a balanced mix between analytical (number crunching, research, documentation) and interpersonal (empathy, communication, flexibility)
- You find excitement in project-based work and prove determination for excellence in client service
