Your key responsibilities:

  • As Senior Consultant in Consulting, you will contribute to Business consulting projects in the public and private sectors, supporting clients in improving services and institutional collaboration, developing institutional capacity, strengthening the use of data and analytics in decision-making, and redesigning operating models to enable effective organizational transformation.
  • Working in a team, you will interact with the client, collect the necessary inputs, perform analysis and develop solutions, undertake business research and prepare deliverables for the client. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn how to manage the work of more junior colleagues.

 

Skills and attributes for success

This position will require strong interpersonal as well as analytical and critical thinking skills. You will be a part of an international team, so communication and collaboration skills will also help you to succeed.

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A degree in business, economics, finance, public administration, management, data analytics, or another relevant field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in an analytical, consulting, research, or project-based role, preferably involving business process analysis, institutional or organizational transformation, public sector projects, data analysis, service improvement, or preparation of documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English as we work with international clients.
  • Advanced at using MS Office.
  • Analytical mindset and a structured problem-solving approach, transforming data into insightful story telling.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to lead, provide feedback, and promote growth among junior team members.
  • Resilience and dedication to excel professionally, with a resourceful and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to maintain efficiency and foster a team-oriented environment under pressure.
