SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• - Works as a part of the IB team to support seniors in deal origination and execution - Strong ability and experience in managing and executing projects across M&A, private equity, debt, structured finance products - Undertakes analytical and financial modeling based analysis. Supports in execution of transactions from end to end i.e. origination to deal closure - Contributes to the development of presentation materials, transaction documents, financial modeling and analysis

Qualification

• Master of Business Administration
• Chartered Accountant

• Investment Banking
