Senior Associate, Risk Management

 

The Senior Associate within RMS-Global Security team would be required to develop subject matter expertise across the Global Security disciplines. An individual should be able to continuously add value to assigned processes and develop solutions for situations that may not have been previously documented. Managing the team from Gurugram location, networking with the other RMS leaders at the location and providing long term value to stakeholders.

 

 

The opportunity

 

Working under the direction of Global Security leadership, the STIC Intelligence Analyst will support the Security and Travel Intelligence Center (STIC) by delivering intelligence monitoring, threat assessments and data analytics insights. The role combines intelligence analysis with data-driven decision support to enhance organizational resilience and global security operations.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Service Delivery

 

  • Monitor and assess geopolitical, security, travel, and operational risks impacting the organization globally.
  • Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and emerging risks through intelligence and data analysis.
  • Provide analytical support for investigations, security operations, and leadership decision-making.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret intelligence from internal and external sources.
  • Produce intelligence reports, executive briefings, and situation reports.
  • Support incident management, crisis response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives across STIC.

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 47 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, threat intelligence, Security Operations Center, business intelligence, risk management.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and engage effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity disciplines.
  • Experience supporting global teams in a 24x7 operating environment.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong logical and reasoning skills
  • Self-started, enthusiastic, details oriented, are required for this role.
  • Masters degree from a reputed college

  • Experience in platform like Everbridge and International SOS etc.
