Job Title: Manager CLM, SRM & TPRM

Role Summary

The Manager CLM, SRM & TPRM will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions across multiple client engagements. This role is accountable for end to end solution ownership, from design through stabilization, while partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to strengthen contract and supplier governance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end CLM implementations across multiple platforms, including Sirion, Icertis, and Ivalua, from solution design to go live and stabilization.
  • Manage CLM, SRM, and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, including integrations with ERP, sourcing, and downstream systems.
  • Own solution architecture, configuration, deployment, testing, and hypercare across multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective contract management, supplier governance, and compliance.
  • Drive standardization, scalability, and reusability across CLM and SRM ecosystems by defining templates, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Enable continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance platform adoption, process efficiency, analytics, and risk visibility.
  • Provide thought leadership in CLM, SRM, and TPRM by applying leading practices, emerging technologies, and automation to solve client challenges.
  • Mentor team members and support delivery excellence across global, cross functional teams.
