Integrated Solution Suites (ISS) is an EY program that brings together business, technology, operations, finance, and risk solutions into one connected approach for clients. The opportunity

The Project Manager role within the ISS PMO team will support the planning, coordination, governance, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. This role requires strong program management discipline, effective stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The selected candidate will help drive execution across strategic programs by managing timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance activities, and leadership reporting. The role will work closely with business, technology, operations, and sector teams across EY GDS and EY US to support delivery excellence and operational alignment across the ISS ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale transformation initiatives while partnering with global teams and senior stakeholders across multiple functions and programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Program and Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ISS initiatives including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans in collaboration with cross-functional business, technology, operations, and sector teams
  • Manage project schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities to ensure timely delivery across initiatives
  • Coordinate resource planning, capacity tracking, and execution readiness across global and virtual teams
  • Facilitate project reviews, milestone checkpoints, and delivery readiness assessments to ensure timely and high-quality execution
  1. PMO Governance and Reporting
  • Establish and manage PMO governance processes including RAID logs, executive dashboards, action trackers, status reporting, and project documentation
  • Coordinate governance forums, steering committee reviews, leadership updates, and working sessions
  • Ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies, governance standards, Statements of Work (SoW), and operational processes
  • Monitor program health, financials, delivery metrics, dependencies, and overall execution progress while providing clear visibility to leadership teams
  • Support leadership decision-making through structured reporting, analysis, risk assessments, and actionable insights
  1. Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with EY GDS and EY US stakeholders across business, technology, operations, finance, and sector teams to drive execution alignment
  • Facilitate communication across project teams and leadership groups to ensure transparency on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and proactively manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Coordinate transition, deployment, and operational readiness activities to support successful implementation and business adoption
  • Act as a central coordination point across teams to help manage priorities, escalations, and delivery dependencies
  1. Risk, Change and Continuous Improvement
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans to address delivery challenges and minimize project impacts proactively
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation management by coordinating with stakeholders and leadership teams where required
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by standardizing PMO processes, templates, governance practices, and reporting mechanisms
  • Conduct project closeout activities including lessons learned, documentation management, knowledge transfer, and transition support for ongoing operations

 To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably within large, matrixed organizations
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting/dashboard preparation
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and global teams

Skills and attributes required

  • Strong project and program management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to drive collaboration, accountability, and teamwork across global and virtual teams

  • Strong business understanding with the ability to align project activities to broader transformation and operational goals

  • Good understanding of PMO governance, project lifecycle management, reporting, and delivery management processes

Technologies and Tools
