About the role:
EY Bulgaria is looking for Junior Consultants to join our consulting team. As a Junior Business Consultant at EY, you will work with leading organizations to solve complex business challenges, improve operations, and support transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with experienced consultants and client teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help deliver practical solutions that create measurable value.

As a Consultant in EY you will be expected to:

• Support business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence projects.
• Conduct data analysis, research, and benchmarking activities.
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for clients.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams across industries and business functions.
• Develop consulting, analytical, and project management skills through real client engagements.
• Assist in collecting project data, establish relevant facts and draw valid
  conclusions
• Prepare project reports including status reports, tracking and analysis of
  financial and non- financial data

To become a Junior Consultant you should have:

• Academic education in the field of: Finance, Economics, Accounting,
  Business administration
• Have advanced knowledge of MS Office. Strong knowledge of Excel,
  PowerPoint, MS Access is considered as an advantage
• Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Have integrity, a positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of
  responsibilities
• Have ability and willingness to learn, act independently and take
  initiative
• Have ability to effectively multi-task and demonstrate effective
  decision-making abilities
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian
  and English
