The opportunity
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will learn to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and support technology-driven transformation projects in various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding current business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Support requirements gathering and documentation through stakeholder workshops
- Help design improved business processes using tools specialised tools
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions
- Support user training and change management activities
- Continuously develop your skills in business analysis and financial services
Who You Are
- Recent graduate with a Masters degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eager to learn and grow in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with business process or agile tools is a plus but not required
