Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the client project to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and ensure billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Determining and defining project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitoring progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Tracking project costs in order to meet budget

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree (IT/related major is preferable)
  • Have 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager on ERP software implementation 
  • Understanding of business systems, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding of Software development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials
  • Experience working directly within a software development team
  • Passion for building great products and solving customer and business problems.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Excellent analytical skills
