Your scope of duties:

  • Collaborate with client deployment teams to drive Manufacturing Excellence transformations across diverse industries;
  • Support clients in designing and implementing operational improvements within their manufacturing environments;
  • Take ownership of workstreams and contribute to high-impact client engagements, delivering top-tier services aligned with EYs global methodologies and tools;
  • Play an active role in developing EYs thought leadership and methodologies in manufacturing, while cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI-powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. We continuously invest in innovation to provide you with a work environment where you can focus on the most interesting aspects of your job and create the best solutions for clients.

 

Our requirements:

  • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Operational Excellence, P&G IWS, TPM, or manufacturing-focused management consulting;
  • Demonstrated success in leading manufacturing excellence projects and managing project teams;
  • Fluency in English & Polish is essential, as youll collaborate daily with international clients;
  • Industry experience in Consumer Products or Life Sciences is highly desirable;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe, the USA, South America and Arfrica- mandatory;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management;
  • Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus;
  • Additional European language skills (e.g., Spanish,German, French) are an advantage.
