The opportunity
The position is for a Marketing Program Coordinator within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Brand & Marketing pillar. The Marketing Program Coordinator supports several BMC Programs within a BMC function. This role will support the planning, execution, coordination, and reporting of marketing programs, campaigns, and experiences across global markets.
Your key responsibilities
1. Campaign & Project Coordination
Support endtoend coordination of marketing and experience campaigns and projects.
Develop project plans, track progress, manage timelines, and highlight risks or delays.
Maintain campaign calendars, key milestones, and documentation.
Support briefing processes, scheduling, logistics, and internal coordination.
Provide regular campaign status reports and updates to BMC leaders.
2. Content & Digital Execution
Draft written promotional posts under guidance (e.g., social media posts, GTM updates, web posts, recruiting content, internal communications).
Repurpose pre-existing content from events, bios, news, and thought leadership.
Coordinate content posting across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, intranet, and website.
Work with service line, sector, and regional teams to ensure alignment of content and messaging across programs.
3. Experience & Event Support
Support planning and execution of a wide range of client and internal events (breakfast briefings, seminars, roundtables, conferences, hospitality events, etc.).
Manage complete event logistics including:
o Event preparation and on-ground execution
o Participant list creation and RSVP management with regular updates
o Attendee communication and registration desk support
o Room and venue bookings; coordination with internal teams and external vendors
o Vendor onboarding, branding requirements (e.g., name badges), and collateral transportation
o Creation of delegate packs, briefing packs, and event materials
o IT support coordination, webcast forms, and technical requirements
Be present at events for setup, coordination, and attendee welcome.
Support postevent activities including surveys, review documentation, followup communication, and sharing replay links.
Conduct event-related research and analysis.
4. Operations & Administration
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, manage calendars, issue invites, and handle updates/cancellations.
Track incoming requests, manage shared mailboxes, and assist with day-to-day BMC operational needs.
Support invoicing, vendor management, purchase orders, and payment processing.
Maintain accurate documentation for project tracking and campaign placements.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign and digital performance.
Monitor social media activity, website analytics, and engagement metrics using analytics tools.
Compile post-event analytics, participant insights, and performance summaries.
6. Research & Insights
Conduct research for newsletters, forums, events, or industry topics as required.
Support continuous process improvement by sharing insights and identifying opportunities for efficiency
Skills and attributes for success
Project management experience ideally professionally qualified.
Experience in a corporate travel and events environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach and strong commitment to quality.
Affinity for digital properties including websites and social media, with experience writing specifically for these platforms.
Digital campaign execution experience with a focus on multichannel analytics.
Technology savvy and able to quickly come up to speed on various marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media scheduling platforms, SharePoint, web content management systems, data analytics tools, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a processoriented mindset to manage highvolume, highdetail work in a fastpaced environment.
A real team player who works collaboratively in an agile, fastpaced environment and demonstrates impact.
Ability to quickly build knowledge of the business, including key priorities, internal structure, core offerings, and client issues across sectors, service lines, and geographies.
Reactivity and the ability to manage emergencies, think out of the box, and adapt to lastminute changes and dynamic business needs.
Ability to drive change, innovation, process automation, and continuous improvements across the organization.
Strong understanding of business environments, with the ability to investigate and propose service and process improvements.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in any related discipline like Marketing, Business Studies or creatively similar
1-4 years experience in campaign coordination/Marketing environment/ BPO Services/ Project management or similar relevant work
Excellent communication skills - written, oral, presentation and engagement
Experience working with clients from different countries
Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects at a global level
High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Able to work outside of normal hours when required
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Technical skills: advanced knowledge of MS Office, comfortable using IT database systems
Strong knowledge of technology and various platforms including social media platforms, web content management platforms, data analytics, etc.
Ideally, youll also have
B2B marketing skills, with experience in professional services or similar industries
Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge
To think strategically/end-to-end with result-oriented mindset
To build rapport within the firm and win the trust of the clients
Personal travel experience and geographic knowledge
Interest on project management and technical/digital affinity
Excel at spoken and written English in a global environment. Needs to have experience communicating with various cultures and to be able to articulate and grasp information in a very diverse environment where we deal with multiple accents and versions of English across the globe
