Tax Operations BA team

Desired rank: 66

The Associate supports the execution and coordination of multiple initiatives across the Business Operation Team, helping ensure effective planning, organization, and follow-up of activities. This role contributes to project management efforts, event coordination, and operational processes while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and maintain efficient team operations. The individual is expected to proactively manage assigned tasks, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and operational initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities
  • Track project tasks, timelines, and action items, providing regular updates and escalating issues when needed
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of leadership events (on-site and off-site), including logistics, communications, vendor coordination, merchandising, and event execution
  • Support the coordination of global visits, helping ensure a seamless experience for visitors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Support procurement and vendor-related activities, including purchase requests, follow-up on deliveries, and coordination with Procurement teams in compliance with internal processes
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports to support project management and operational activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives focused on increasing efficiency and service quality
  • Provide operational support to the team and assist with ad hoc activities as required

Required Skills

 

  • Proven experience/proficiency on Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and operational priorities in a dynamic and global environment
  • Proven experience working on customer care roles, such as stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to manage expectations to ensure alignment across initiatives

 

Desired skills 

  • Previous experience working on global organizations  
  • Previous experience in project management principles and coordination practices (e.g., familiarized with Agile, waterfall and other working methodologies)
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience in vendor management
  • Previous experience organizing corporation wise small and large events in and outside of the firm
