Full Job Description
We are looking for an Audit Manager to join our Audit team in Tashkent.
As an Audit Manager, you will lead audit engagements for leading local and international clients across various industries. You will manage engagement teams, oversee audit delivery, build strong client relationships, and ensure work is performed in accordance with EY methodologies and professional standards. You will also play a key role in developing team members and contributing to the continued growth of our Audit practice.
What will you do:
- Lead audit engagements for local and international clients across a variety of industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client management and key stakeholders
- Oversee engagement planning, execution, risk assessment, and overall project delivery
- Manage engagement teams, providing coaching, supervision, and ongoing development support
- Review key audit deliverables and ensure compliance with EY methodologies and quality standards
- Monitor engagement progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
- Work closely with senior leadership and partners to deliver exceptional client service
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the Audit practice
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- ACCA, CPA, or another relevant professional qualification completed or in progress
- 5+ years of experience in external audit
- Proven experience leading audit engagements and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a Big Four environment will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
