Full Job Description

This position is part of the Administrative and Workplace Services (AWS) team and is responsible for creating, editing, and formatting corporate documents for EY internal clients. The individual will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the preparation of reports, financial statements, presentations, and other business materials while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and adherence to the firm's visual identity.

Key responsibilities include producing and updating documents using Word, PowerPoint, and other corporate tools; reviewing formatting, consistency, and overall quality; incorporating and adapting graphics, tables, and images; preparing files for digital distribution or print; and maintaining proper electronic file and document management practices.

The role also involves collaborating with global teams to coordinate deliverables, address document-related requests, and ensure deadlines are met. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience in document production or corporate publishing services, and fluency in both French and English are highly valued, as the role involves interaction with international teams and internal clients. Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and digital technologies that help optimize processes and improve operational efficiency is also considered an advantage.
