Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied fr das Financial Services Clients & Industry Business Development Team in Zrich ab dem 01.11.2026 (oder nach Vereinbarung) mit einem Pensum von 80-100%. Du untersttzt das Team im Tagesgeschft und bernimmst Verantwortung fr verschiedene Aufgaben und Projekte.
Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Business Development Associate als Teil von Account-Teams fr strategische Kunden.
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachteams, Entwicklung von Businessplnen, Untersttzung ihrer Agenden sowie proaktive Nachverfolgung und Frderung der Geschftsentwicklung.
- Untersttzung bei ausgewhlten grossen Offertenerstellungen. Koordination externer Go-to-Market sowie interner AI-Initiativen.
- Aufbau und Pflege eines fundierten und aktuellen Verstndnisses von Markt- und Kundeninsights, einschliesslich der Kundenbeziehungen, der Geschftsttigkeit und Strategie.
- Aufbau eines umfassenden Verstndnisses der Dienstleistungen von EY ber alle Service Lines hinweg. Mit Freiraum, nach der Einarbeitung eigene Business-Development-Impulse zu entwickeln.
- Untersttzung bei der Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Praxis fr Banken und Kapitalmrkte.
Was wir suchen
- Du hast dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Administration oder hnliches abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Markets & Business Development sammeln.
- Du interessierst dich fr die Financial-Services-Branche.
- Du bist belastbar, organisiert, hoch motiviert und lernbereit.
- Du bist offen gegenber neuen Technologien und AI-Anwendungen und nutzt diese sicher und verantwortungsvoll, um Daten und Informationen effizient aufzubereiten, zu analysieren und daraus wertvolle Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $X to $X.
