• Masters degree, preferably in Law, from a Belgian university, or equivalent through experience.
• 45 years of experience in AML Compliance, preferably within the second line of defense.
• Strong understanding of the AML/CTF regulatory framework.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French, with a passive knowledge of the other language, and fluency in English.
• Team player with a resilient mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a client-oriented approach.
• Proficient in the use of technology and digital tools.
