Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EYs growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative, procurement, and office operations support.
- Manage finance-related administrative tasks, including daily collections, claims verification, petty cash, purchase orders, and staff inquiries.
- Coordinate vendor management, office purchases, and inventory of office supplies and amenities.
- Oversee office facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, and service providers.
- Manage staff administration matters such as parking, lockers, access cards, name cards, and leave tracking.
- Support employee engagement activities, office events, and welfare arrangements.
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, office management, procurement, facilities, or finance support.
- Experience in vendor management, purchase orders, claims processing, and office operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Mercury/SAP) is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
