We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Accountant in our Global Compliance & Reporting department in EY Belgrade:
Your key responsibilities will be
Bookkeeping tasks
Payroll calculations
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of corporate tax returns, VAT returns, and other tax returns as applicable
Preparation of monthly and annual management reports as per clients internal policies and procedures
To qualify for the role you must have
Education in Economics
More than 1 year of relevant experience (accounting, payroll, tax and reporting processes)
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to work as a team member
Ideally, youll also have
Good knowledge of local tax legislative
Very good analytical abilities, logical and structured thinking
Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as experience working with accounting software (knowledge of SAP and AB Soft would be considered as advantage)
Good communication, organization and presentation skills
