What does the job involve?

Responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment used in the energy production process. This includes carrying out routine inspections and maintenance on pumps, compressors, turbines, and other mechanically operated equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance, adhere to safety regulations and work with the maintenance team when coordination maintenance schedules or repairs.

You are utilizing your knowledge in a specific area to carry out tasks that have a short-term operational impact/risk. You independently complete assigned work, either with guidance or by following well-defined guidelines and procedures, in order to achieve targets set by others that have an impact on your immediate team. You effectively communicate facts, practices, and policies to individuals within your immediate team and occasionally with external parties. You adhere to established procedures, identify and resolve challenges, seek continuous improvement, embrace change and ambiguity, and demonstrate flexibility to adopt new activities and ways of working. What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

• Ansvar for alle vedlikeholdsoppgaver innen det mekaniske fagomrdet, og sikre at operasjonelle krav oppfylles i henhold til gjeldende dokumentasjon og selskapsprosedyrer.

• Bidra til teknisk opplring av lrlinger og andre ansatte i det mekaniske teamet.

• Sikre godt samarbeid med leverandrer og andre fagdisipliner for smls koordinering og effektiv samhandling.

• Utfre rutinemessig vedlikehold p mekanisk utstyr og systemer for sikre sikker og effektiv drift. Dette inkluderer oppgaver som rengjring, smring, justering av komponenter og utskifting av slitte deler.

• Overvke systemparametere, alarmer og datatrender for sikre stabil drift og avdekke avvik.

• Srge for at vedlikeholdsoppgaver gjennomfres effektivt og til riktig tid.

• Rapportere historikk for vedlikeholdsaktiviteter og sikre korrekt dokumentasjon og ferdigstillelse av arbeid.

• Delta aktivt i identifisere forbedringsomrder innen mekaniske vedlikeholdsprosesser og prosedyrer.

• Feilske problemer som kan oppst, som utstyrsfeil eller funksjonssvikt.

• Bruke diagnostiske verkty og metoder for identifisere rotrsak og foresl hensiktsmessige lsninger.

• Utfre modifikasjoner p mekanisk utstyr og systemer. Dette inkluderer oppgraderinger, forbedringer, reparasjoner og implementering av ny teknologi.

• Overholde sikkerhetsprosedyrer og retningslinjer i alt mekanisk arbeidFlge HMS-krav, benytte personlig verneutstyr (PVU), og rapportere avvik eller hendelser til riktig instans.

• Norsk fagbrev innen mekaniske fag, med minimum 3 rs relevant erfaring er foretrekke.
