Manager - Business & Product Strategy
About the Role:
Reporting to Senior Director, Business and Product Strategy, the Manager, Business & Product Strategy will manage high-impact strategic projects across our brands that drive significant business impact and deliver exceptional value for our users.
The manager will lead and drive a wide variety of strategic initiatives related to stock market data and tools from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. They will be a solutions-oriented problem solver who is capable of managing multiple workstreams and diving into the deepest details of any part of a project.
You will have the unique opportunity to work across all core areas of the business, including Product, Marketing, and Editorial, providing a holistic and expansive view of our organization.
This is not a maintenance role; it is a builder's role for a strategic thinker who excels at execution and is eager to leave a significant mark.

You will
Concurrently manage multiple business-impacting projects from conception to execution
Manage cross-functional working groups, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with strategic goals
Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to advance key projects
Hold project teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables
Use competitive research, financial models, data analysis to suggest strategic directions
Partner with Business Intelligence teams to conduct in-depth data analysis, define KPIs, and establish robust tracking mechanisms for all projects.
Ideal Experience
5+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or product management
Strong track record of leading projects from ideation to completion
Experience working in digital media is a plus
Deep knowledge of investing and the financial markets
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and build business cases
Team oriented and collaborative with eagerness to help others

Base Pay Range: 95,000 - 120,000
