The Trading Design team within Trading Design & Delivery conceptualizes, implements, and maintains processes around the integration of new products, services, and functionalities of the trading system. The team takes a leading role in the design of functional and data architecture, enabling professional data analytics and informed trading decisions across the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with trading business experts, product owners, and IT teams to define data products, data contracts, and domain semantics, including the development of data quality reporting in self-service mode
  • Review and continuously improve data governance roles and responsibilities (including RACI matrices), testing and iteratively enhancing them to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Analyze and evaluate market data and monitor the impact of changes on trading market microstructure design

  • You are proficient in written and spoken English, including strong technical writing skills; German language skills will be an asset
