Your Area of Work:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to lead and support end-to-end DevOps activities across our platform. The role requires strong expertise in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies such as OpenShift, Argo CD, and Kubernetes.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of software across multiple environments, driving automation, improving deployment processes, and maintaining system stability. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of infrastructure, security principles, and modern DevOps practices.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CD
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes
  • Ensure smooth and stable production releases across multiple environments
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes
  • Develop and maintain Helm charts for application deployment
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability across environments
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Lead DevOps activities including build, deployment, and environment management
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business domain to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Contribute to solution design, technical analysis, and architecture discussions
  • Participate in requirement analysis and help translate business needs into technical implementations
  • Drive continuous improvement and DevOps best practices
  • Apply security best practices across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
  • Ensure secure configurations and access control
  • Support DevSecOps initiatives and compliance requirements

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Argo CD
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms
  • Solid knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker
  • Experience creating and managing Helm charts
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Shell) for automation and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing production environments and deployments
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools
  • Understanding of security concepts and DevSecOps practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple environments and systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP , Azure)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
