Your area of work:

 As a Product Sales Manager, your objective is to provide premium New Digital Markets product & service solutions to new and existing customers of Clearstream Banking (CBL, CBF, LuxCSD) and to promote products and services focusing on our digital market infrastructure (D7) but also of affiliated entities as well as entities Clearstream Banking partners with (i.e. Crypto Finance, FundsDLT, HQLAx). With a commitment to serve and a personal dedication to daily tasks, you are in charge of the development and management of a sales pipeline, revenue development as well as Go-to-Market strategy (GTM) around the NDM area within Clearstream and its success within the Deutsche Brse Group. You will help find solutions to customer requirements while cooperating and interacting with all business-related areas of Deutsche Brse Group to ensure that these solutions are sustainable for the company.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate existing relationships with strategic customers, partners and prospects of NDM: including pricing and contractual negotiations and strategic discussions with senior representatives of these clients on joint business growth opportunities
  • Develop business opportunities with existing as well as new customers & partners, different business areas within the customer base, cross-sell digital markets as well as existing products and manage the respective sales funnel
  • Manage revenue targets for all allocated customers, ensuring cost containment (staying within the granted cost budget) and achieving net income growth for Clearstream and the Group
  • Drive execution and maintain consistent follow up with key stakeholders to ensure progress towards client digital assets strategic implementation
  • Analyse and monitor customers' financial conditions and perform activity monitoring, working with central functions to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
  • Support the Management in the definition of the strategy for the product & service range of NDM
  • Support projects related to our product & service portfolio within Clearstream (i.e. Product, Network, Strategy, Pricing, Credit, Compliance, Global Securities Financing, Investment Funds) and the wider Deutsche Brse Group
  • Represent Clearstream Banking externally, in the market in general and at customer/industry events in particular

 

Your profile:

  • University degree or similar in an economics and/or a comparable degree
  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management roles
  • 10+ years of experience in the international capital markets and financial industry sector or similar experience in the financial markets in Web3/on Blockchain
  • Very good understanding of the traditional financial services industry, especially in the international post-trade industry as well as at least a good understanding of the on-chain financial markets
  • Solid network of relevant business and senior representatives of organizations within the traditional but also on chain financial market ecosystem, be they financial infrastructures, financial intermediaries or specialized service providers
  • Good knowledge of current and upcoming Digital Assets regulations in Europe, USA and Asia
  • Excellent customer-oriented communication as well as strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and priorities tasks
  • Written & spoken German & English is mandatory. French and/or any other language are an asset
  • Very good presentation skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer and service orientation
