Your area of work:
HR Global Business Partner provides high quality services to external candidates, as well as internal customers, covering the whole recruitment- and onboarding processes. Our diverse, international team is the central point of contact for recruitment matters, as well as employer branding activities. As Intern Recruitment (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the entire selection process of the interns, attending recruitment events and acting as daily support of our Recruitment Officers.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment and on-boarding process for interns: publish job advertisements, organise interviews with candidates, follow-up with candidates
- Support and assist recruiters with staff hiring
- Organise events and trainings for current interns
- Improve current processes and maintain procedures up to date
- Assist recruiters in the organisation of job fair
- Provide consistent daily support in various HR related topics & projects
- Respect confidentiality, show discretion and professionalism
Your profile:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Motivated, dynamic, can do attitude and highly adaptable
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. French and/or German would be an asset
