The AI Enablement team drives adoption and engagement of the internal generative AI platform across Deutsche Brse Group.
As an intern (f/m/d), you will support the AI Enablement team with operational enablement, literacy and other activities that communicate the platform's value, and engage stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- You will gain hands-on familiarity with the internal generative AI platform - exploring its capabilities, testing key workflows, and understanding how it works in practice
- You will create and maintain enablement and reference materials (Example: FAQs, blog posts, and success stories) that showcase use cases and benefits of the generative AI platform
- You will assist in planning and executing kick-off events, workshops, webinars, and training sessions
- You will prepare presentation materials, and stakeholder briefings that articulate the platform's capabilities to support group wide rollout
- You will manage SharePoint sites and internal communication channels - keeping content current, organised, and accessible
- Furthermore, you will coordinate with communications and technical stakeholder teams to ensure consistent, accurate messaging across channels
Your profile:
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognised university throughout your placement and have completed at least 3 semesters
- You have a deep interest in Artificial Intelligence and are eager to develop practical, hands-on knowledge of how it works
- You have good knowledge of MS Office tools and SharePoint; familiarity with content creation or design tools is a plus
- Ideally, you have practical experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or content creation
- You are a strong communicator with excellent writing skills; you work collaboratively, stay well-organised, and are proactive
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
