Clearstream is undergoing a significant digital transformation to modernize its services, processes, and operating model. To support this transformation, the Transformation Readiness team is establishing a new role focused on ensuring end-to-end internal readiness to ensure operational and other impacted teams are fully prepared for the introduction of new processes, functionalities, and ways of working.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing an end-to-end Operational Readiness framework. This includes assessing current readiness practices, analyzing operational processes, and identifying how readiness activities are managed across projects and releases. Based on this assessment, the role will design a structured readiness process that ensures all requirements are addressed before changes are introduced.

Once the framework is established, the role will coordinate and deliver readiness activities throughout the change lifecycle, working closely with Business, Operations, IT, project teams, and other key stakeholders. The focus will be on ensuring that operational impacts are understood, readiness requirements are met, and changes are successfully adopted as they are introduced into the production environment.

Based in Prague, the Transformation Readiness team plays a key role across all Clearstream locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to establish and shape the readiness approach for Clearstream's key strategic transformation program.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the end-to-end internal readiness representative across strategic digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define and continuously improve the end-to-end Readiness framework.
  • Assess the impact of changes being introduced on operational processes, systems, controls, and documentation.
  • Establish readiness criteria and governance to ensure changes are implemented in a controlled and sustainable way.
  • Identify operational risks and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to define and track mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate readiness efforts across Business Operations, IT, project teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain Operational Readiness deliverables, including readiness assessments, action plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure teams are ready for change through effective planning, communication, training, and post-release support.
